How regularly do we visit?

Again, it depends on YOUR wishes. Cleaning can be undertaken daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

What if you're at work?

Many of our clients are working professionals; we can (and regularly do) act as keyholders and clean while you are working.

Will the same cleaner visit every time?

Yes, we provide the same cleaner, or an alternative cleaner if they are on holiday.

Our Cleaning Checklist

We operate the highest standard of health, safety and cleanliness to leave kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly sanitised and sparkling clean! Our cleaning routine includes tables, worktops, floors, tiles and bins, sinks, baths, showers and toilets. We can clean inside your cooker, microwave and fridge.

Vacuuming and dusting are thorough and beds can be made/bedclothes changed whenever required. Skirting boards are cleaning and cobwebs removed. Obviously we will discuss all your individual requirements. We will use the materials that YOU provide so that your personal preferences are respected. However, we are always happy to discuss and recommend the best cleaning products.

What happens when the customer goes on holiday?

You are not tied to your contract 52 weeks of the year! Providing that you give us a week's notice you can cancel our services for up to six weeks in a you wont be charged, for example, if you go away on holiday.

What if there's a problem?

We do our utmost to ensure that the customers receive complete satisfaction. Any queries and concerns are dealt with promptly.
